I am having one of those days where you just mentally beat yourself every second. There are some changes I would like to make and one of these is definitely to start eating better. I would call myself a healthy over-eater. For the most part I eat good foods, lots of veggies and fruit, not too many processed foods and I drink 3 liters of water a day. But I love food, so I usually just eat (and drink) a little too much.
On top of it, I usually try to sweat 6 days a week. During the holidays, the bf and I hired a personal trainer during the holidays to help us both with our problem areas and lose those last few pounds. And thought I didn't gain weight over the holidays, I didn't lose either.Read More
