I am having one of those days where you just mentally beat yourself every second. There are some changes I would like to make and one of these is definitely to start eating better. I would call myself a healthy over-eater. For the most part I eat good foods, lots of veggies and fruit, not too many processed foods and I drink 3 liters of water a day. But I love food, so I usually just eat (and drink) a little too much.
On top of it, I usually try to sweat 6 days a week. During the holidays, the bf and I hired a personal trainer during the holidays to help us both with our problem areas and lose those last few pounds. And thought I didn't gain weight over the holidays, I didn't lose either.
So, now it's time to really buckle down and lose it. I have the feeling like if I don't do it before I turn 30 I may never do it, even thought I know that might not be true.
Starting today I am going to eat healthier and lighter.
But starting Sunday I am going start the Bon Appetite Food Lovers Cleanse. If you haven't heard of this you might be living under a rock. But if you hate the idea of cleanses, juice or otherwise, this is the one for you. I have even already started making a few of the recipes it lists just because they look (and are) so yummy.
