SPRINT :: A 6-Week Experience

Did you just sign up for your first 5 or 10k? Or maybe you need some fine-tuning to finish your best race? Being an athlete can put a lot of physical and mental stress on the body. This can mean digestive issues, food cravings, fatigue, hormone imbalance and anxiety. And this can stand in the way of achieving our goals. Simply signing up for the race and running it doesn't make us a healthier human. In fact if not done the right way this can actually make us less healthy.

In this 6-week package we will discover tools for increasing your energy, how to combat inflammation, properly hydrating, training at your peak, as well as myths around things like injury recovery and carb loading. You can be the most talented athlete out there but if you don't address proper nutrition how would you ever know? 

You'll Receive:

  • Initial Consultation/In-depth Health History – 60 minutes
  • 2 Follow-up Sessions – 30 minutes each
  • Option to choose one of the  following in lieu of one follow-up session: grocery store tour, kitchen cabinet clean out or in-home cooking session

ENDURANCE :: A 3-Month Experience

Are you training for your first big race? Or maybe you have been racing for quite some time but are stuck in a rut and wanting to set some new goals and PRs. Being an athlete can put a lot of physical and mental stress on the body. This can mean digestive issues, food cravings, fatigue, hormone imbalance and anxiety. And this can stand in the way of achieving our goals. Simply signing up for the race and running it doesn't make us a healthier human. In fact if not done the right way this can actually make us less healthy.

In this 3-month package we will discuss how to train efficiently, run your best race, replenish your body after the race and have fun while doing it! We will focus on nutrition, medicinal herbs, mental wellbeing, injury and illness prevention. As well as proper macronutrient (fat, protein, carbohydrate) balance  for muscle recovery and growth and overall health. 

You'll Receive:

  • Initial Consultation/In-depth Health History – 60 minutes
  • 4 Follow-up Sessions – 30 minutes each
  • Option to choose up to 2 of the  following in lieu of 2 follow-up sessions: grocery store tour, kitchen cabinet clean out or in-home cooking session
  • Full nutritional assessment, personalized recommendations, individual goals
